A Journey from Stagnation to Renewal—
How I'm Reclaiming My Energy and Embracing Life Again.

I haven't blogged in a while, and I'm not sure why. My energy is feeling stuck. Have you ever felt like you cannot take a deep breath or get out of your own way? This Summer has been like that for me.
Days merging into eachother and old habits and feelings creeping in!
The good thing is that I noticed all this and am slowly turning it back around. I'm getting on my yoga mat and into my meditation sacred space (my shed), listening to music, taking long walks by the ocean, and going back to all my calming tips you will find on my website. It’s self-care, doing what I love to do and freeing up energy in my physical body, my mind, and my heart.
Listen to your intuition and know you are guided. That’s what I am doing, and as I change the energy around me and inside of me, I feel a flow and an ease.
So, this is what I am doing:
Meditation of course
Yoga 4 times a week
Total body training with my trainer-keeping my muscles strong
Walking daily!!!!
Eating nourishing foods
Drinking plenty of water
Getting to the ocean
I went for a Reiki session, and Thi massage
I am clearing clutter from my house
Slowing down in the evenings with teas and good books and shows
Spending time in my yard
Calling upon my friends and family more and more I need support I know that!
It’s been 7 years since my world changed, and I am still triggered by all of it! But taking the time for self care has really truly helped me navigate the next steps.
If you are feeling heavy and stuck, I hope some of this helps you. Take baby steps, and change will come.
