It's been seven years since my world was turned upside down, and as I reflect on this time, I'm amazed at how fast it has passed and yet how slowly it seemed to crawl during the darkest moments.
Today, I find myself in a space of gratitude for the healing that has unfolded within my family. In the midst of the quiet days, I discover solace in simple joys – the sun rising and setting, the calming rhythm of the ocean, the shared meals that bring us together, and the unwavering support of family and friends who have stood by our side.
This day is a celebration of all the goodness in our lives. It's a moment to appreciate the beauty and enduring connections surrounding us.
May this message serve as a kind reminder that there is always something to be grateful for. Finding gratitude is a powerful source of strength and healing.
